Als Customer Onboarding Representative zorg jij ervoor dat nieuwe klanten een vliegende start maken met onze slimme technologie. Je werkt samen met Sales, Operations en Consultancy om onze klanten te helpen het maximale uit onze oplossingen te halen.

Wat je gaat doen:

Als Customer Onboarding Representative begeleid je klanten in de Benelux bij een succesvolle start met onze oplossing. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en helpt hen om onze technologie moeiteloos te integreren in hun bedrijf. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning wordt hun onboarding een succes!

Jouw taken:

Leid het digitale onboardingproces en speel in op de specifieke wensen van de klant;
Geef advies over de beste installatie- en meetmethodes voor hun situatie;
Werk samen met interne teams om installatie vraagstukken snel op te lossen;
Begeleid klanten, beantwoord hun vragen en tackel hun eventuele uitdagingen;
Signaleer kansen voor upselling en cross-selling en werk samen met het salesteam;
Verbeter het onboarding proces continu aan de hand van klantfeedback.

Wie ben je:

HBO-denkniveau en minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in sales, customer onboarding of support (of veel motivatie om te leren!);
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen;
Je kunt technische producten helder uitleggen en vindt het leuk om klanten hierin mee te nemen;
Je bent proactief, klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen;
Je kunt meerdere klanten tegelijk managen en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen.

About the job

We are looking for an ambitious colleague who gets energy from creating value with our customers! In this position, it is important that, in addition to interacting with customers, you also enjoy being in contact with various departments within Sensorfact, such as Sales, Operations and Consultancy.

The challenge

The Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding our new customers, supporting them remotely with the installation process and ensuring that all of their questions are answered during that process. As an Onboarding specialist, you will help our customers get the most out of our technology and ensure that our customers can experience a high level of service.

What you will do:

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

You will take the lead in delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience. This includes identifying key customer needs during a kick-off meeting and ensuring that we can meet them;
Switching between different departments to help the customer is not a problem for you. As the hub of the installation process, you know how to find your way to different departments easily;
As the point of contact for our customers, you manage to find a solution for all questions and technical challenges;
Besides customer contact, you have an eye for spotting up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Taking initiative is nothing new for you. As a fast-growing scale-up, you can play a key role in optimising the onboarding process.

Who are you:

Preferably 6+ months relevant work experience (e.g. in previous sales or customer success/support positions), but also suitable for starters/recent graduates
Fluency in Dutch, at a native or equivalent level and Business-level proficiency in English
You are a problem solver, have a proactive attitude and like to take the initiative
You seek the responsibility and independence that comes with working in a scale-up and you are excited to be part of our growth
Availability of 32-40 hours per week.
