Sales Enablement Specialist

Your mission

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, your challenge is to support the Sales Organisation to ensure that new hires in our Barcelona office are onboarded smoothly, that sales documentation & materials are well organized/ accessible and that the sales team has what they need so they can focus fully on engaging with prospects and driving results.

You play an essential role in coordinating onboarding each month, maintaining high-quality and consistent sales materials, and managing day-to-day tasks that keep the enablement function running efficiently. You will work closely with the new sales management, supporting their growth initiatives and enabling them to work effectively from day one. Your collaboration will also be crucial in helping the enablement team to plan and coordinate company events.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate New Hire Onboarding: Set up and support onboarding sessions each month to ensure new hires have a smooth start.

  • Resource Management: Maintain and organize sales enablement resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.

  • Standardization Support: Ensure that all sales enablement resources and materials are standardized and consistent

  • Partner with new  sales leadership: To ensure they have a flying start with all the correct documentation and materials launch their teams

  • Strengthen Company Culture: Assist in planning and coordinating events, from team meetings to larger gatherings.

  • Handle General Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the sales enablement function running efficiently.

Your profile
  • (Near) native level of English

  • Based in Barcelona with expectation to be in our Barcelona office 4-5 days a week 

  • 1-2 years in an enablement or a general administrative role is required

  • Highly organised and Process-Oriented: You can see the bigger picture and create efficient processes.

  • A good collaborator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Detail-Oriented with a Focus on Standards: Maintains consistency and quality in all materials, ensuring adherence to established standards and brand guidelines.

  • Efficient Administrator: Competent in managing a range of administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations within the sales enablement function.

  • Coachable: You are eager to learn, coachable and a team player;

  • You want to work for a scale-up and are excited about our mission to eliminate industrial energy waste
