Your mission
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our fast-growing team!
As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for operational HR tasks, but you will also be given the space to work on relevant HR issues that arise - partly due to - the growth of our organisation.
Among other things, you will draw up contracts, ensure a good onboarding of new employees together with the HR Business partner & office manager, and deal with our payroll administration of our various entities. You will also consider questions such as ‘How do we meet the development needs in our organisation?’ or ‘How does our culture change (along with us) now that we are growing so fast?’.
As an HR expert, you are at the heart of our organisation and, together with your fellow HR colleagues, you ensure that every employee within Sensorfact can do their job
well.

- Draft and manage contracts;
- Ensuring proper on- and offboarding of our employees;
- Managing the monthly payroll cycles;
- Being the point of contact for all HR-related queries;
- Managing our personnel systems;
- (Actively) resolve issues that come across Sensorfact's (growth) path;
- Being proactive and looking for improvements in our HR processes.
