The Challenge
As the RSD you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organisation (Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives) based in Barcelona. As an integral part of our sales leadership team, you will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable and successful sales teams.

The Challenge
As the RSD you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organisation (Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives) based in Barcelona. As an integral part of our sales leadership team, you will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable and successful sales teams.
While leading by example - actively approaching potential customers and owning your own sales funnel, you will:
- Forecast, report on and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams;
- Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
- Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
