Your mission
Sensorfact is rapidly expanding and doubling in revenue every year. This growth is driven by our product-strategy; we constantly deepen existing products, broaden our product-scope and improve operational efficiency. As an illustration, we expanded our portfolio from Energy Management only to include many other products such as Predictive Maintenance, Compressed Air, Water and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
Our Product Management team has the goal to deeply understand our customers’ needs, determine what we are working on and how this will come together in high value solutions for our customers.
As Product Manager, you will help us better understand the needs of our customers, how they use our product on the factory floor, and to improve and innovate on our product and features. You work closely together with our engineers as we work in cross-functional product teams.
You closely align with other stakeholders, and ensure that Sales, Customer Success and Fulfillment processes are all supporting the product vision and enhance the customer experience for our users. It is your job to balance the different interests and translate them to a product-roadmap that drives high impact and sustainable growth.
As Product Manager at Sensorfact you are responsible for a product team that owns (part of) a product. For this role we are looking for a product manager who leads one of the two Energy Management product teams, the most mature product with the largest customer base (but still lots of development opportunities!).
In this role, you will
- Define and drive the product roadmap for your product team
- Interact with customers to understand their business and pain points
- Do market and competitor research to discover potential new product developments
- Run pilot projects at customers for new product prototypes or feature increments
- Work with our data scientists, data engineers, front-end, back-end and IoT developers to mature our current features and build new ones
- Work with designers and front-end developers to create an optimal customer experience
- Work with many other stakeholders (marketing, sales, consultancy and customer success) both to collect input as well as to embed new developments into the daily operations
