The challenge
As a Fulfilment Employee you have a key role, in our fast-growing warehouse, as part of the Fulfilment Team. This team is responsible for the delivery of our products, the configuration of customers in our software platform, and taking care of the handling, testing and refurbishing of returned products. 
 
As an offboarding Fulfilment Employee, you will:

• Check the status of the returns and follow up with the customers;  
• Process the returns in our inventory management system and our CRM tool;  
• Test and refurbish returned products;  
• Work with IoT on solving issues on the returned hardware;  
• Keep the Fulfilment Centre in order, for instance by keeping track of the returns from the moment they arrive to our location until the time they are ready to be shipped again;
• Identify process improvements and help the Fulfilment Coordinator and Head of Operations to implement these improvements in steps;
• Work in our Fulfilment Center in Utrecht, Leidsche Rijn.
