At Sensorfact we have ambitious growth plans. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our sales team to achieve success by motivating them, sharing knowledge and training skills.
You will:
Identify training needs: Conduct skills gap analyses to assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual salespeople and sales teams, and identify areas where training can improve performance;
Develop training programs: Design and develop training programs that align with the company's sales goals and strategies;
Create training materials: Produce engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, case studies, and role-playing scenarios;
Deliver training sessions: Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for new and existing salespeople, utilizing various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, simulations, and role-playing exercises;
Coach and mentor: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual salespeople, offering personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their individual sales goals.
