Your mission

At Sensorfact we have ambitious growth plans. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our sales team to achieve success by motivating them, sharing knowledge and training skills. 

You will:

  • Identify training needs: Conduct skills gap analyses to assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual salespeople and sales teams, and identify areas where training can improve performance;

  • Develop training programs: Design and develop training programs that align with the company's sales goals and strategies;

  • Create training materials: Produce engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, case studies, and role-playing scenarios;

  • Deliver training sessions: Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for new and existing salespeople, utilizing various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, simulations, and role-playing exercises;

  • Coach and mentor: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to individual salespeople, offering personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their individual sales goals.

Your profile

This is what you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience as individual contributor;

  • (Near) native level of Dutch with business proficiency in English;

  • Passion for sales and a desire to help others succeed;

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs;

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong ability to engage and motivate others.
