What you will do:

As a Sales Executive Assistant at Sensorfact, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, supporting top executives and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your efforts will directly shape the success of our sales team, strengthen client relationships, and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Manage calendars for sales leaders and top account executives, ensuring meetings and deadlines are prioritized;
Follow up with customers to maintain communication and ensure satisfaction;
Keep the sales pipeline updated on HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking;
Prepare materials for meetings and take notes when needed;
Provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling focus on key initiatives.

Who are you:

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting senior leaders;
2 years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally in sales or a high-growth environment;
Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) and strong communication skills;
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
Passionate about sustainability and excited to contribute to our mission.
