Customer Success Manager

Your mission

As Customer Success Manager, it is your responsibility to build long lasting relationships with our customers, understand their needs and help them obtain the most value from our solutions. Moreover, you will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities and determining and mitigating churn risks.


You will do this by:


  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Develop strong relationships with (>100) key customers, understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly;
  • Drive value reviews with customers (annually / quarterly): Drive and track customer action and customer success reviews with key customers. Proactively identify and mitigate risk in each customer’s ability to achieve their goals;
  • Renewal and expansion management: Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer renewals, expansion, and upsell;
  • Product expertise: Become an expert on our products, staying updated on new features and functionalities to effectively communicate value and address customer inquiries;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product and Consultancy, always presenting the voice of the customer;
  • Help build the Customer Success function at Sensorfact: Actively contribute to establishing the foundations for a CSM function at Sensorfact, for our ~2000 customers;
  • Proactive issue resolution: Address customer concerns before they become problems, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your profile

This role is perfect for you, if you meet the following:


  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within the SaaS industry (having served SMB customers and industry affiliation are beneficial);
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with clients;
  • Commercial mindset, enjoying building out accounts and quickly identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell and avoiding churn; 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner;
  • A passion for customers, going all the way for your customers and for creating great customer experiences;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced scale-up environment;
  • Fluent in Dutch, very good in English.
