The challenge
As Account Executive your challenge is to build Sensorfact's client base in the DACH region. As Team Lead you will mentor and motivate the team to reach our commercial targets. You play an essential part for the growth of the business, by bringing our product to the market and to local clients. You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition and generating customers who become loyal users and advocates.

The challenge
As Account Executive your challenge is to build Sensorfact's client base in the DACH region. As Team Lead you will mentor and motivate the team to reach our commercial targets. You play an essential part for the growth of the business, by bringing our product to the market and to local clients. You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition and generating customers who become loyal users and advocates.
As Account Executive you will
- Receive a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads;
- Demonstrate our product through digital demos;
- Transfer new customers to the onboarding team;
- Support revenue generation programs from existing customers;
- Develop an industry network to generate organic leads;
- Collaborate with our sales development and marketing teams to support growth;
- Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new colleagues;
- Make sure the team functions at full potential - the right person in the right place;
- Conduct 1to1 sessions to track progress, define potential challenges & come up with an action plan;
- Train and coach the team;
- Contribute to reaching the team target;
- Report team progress tot he Head of Sales Department.
