At Sensorfact we want to eliminate all industrial waste by offering an integrated solution of hardware, software and concrete advice. With our solutions customers can for example get insights in and drastically reduce their energy consumption or predict when maintenance is needed, so they can avoid downtime.

Your challenge
As the Head of Sales Operations, your main responsibility is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness, and to enable the further growth of the sales team. By doing so, you directly contribute to one of our key strategic objectives: reaching the commercial growth targets.
You would - among other things - do this by:
  • Leading a team of sales operations professionals;
  • Developing and implementing sales structures and processes to maximize sales productivity and efficiency;
  • Managing and maintaining sales data and reporting systems;
  • Executing sales incentive programs;
  • Providing training and support to the sales team (especially on sales operations related questions);
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Your profile
This role is perfect for you, if you:
  • Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Speak a fluent level of both Dutch and English;
  • Have a commercial mindset;
  • Love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company;
  • Like to work in a team, but take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities;
  • Value drive and honesty.
