Your challenge
As the Head of Sales Operations, your main responsibility is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness, and to enable the further growth of the sales team. By doing so, you directly contribute to one of our key strategic objectives: reaching the commercial growth targets.

You would - among other things - do this by:
- Leading a team of sales operations professionals;
- Developing and implementing sales structures and processes to maximize sales productivity and efficiency;
- Managing and maintaining sales data and reporting systems;
- Executing sales incentive programs;
- Providing training and support to the sales team (especially on sales operations related questions);
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
