Your mission
We are on the lookout for a Team Lead Sales Development Representative to join our

The challenge
You will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth
of Sensorfact. Currently, we already have more than 1700 customers. If you join our team,
you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue.
As a Sales Development Representative would do this by:
● Reaching out to potential high-volume customers via phone, email or video call;
● Communicating our value proposition to business owners and senior executives;
● Set up product demonstrations between potential customers and Account Executives.
Moreover, as Team Lead would do this by:
● Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new colleagues;
● Making sure the team functions at full potential - the right person in the right place;
● Conducting 1 to 1 sessions to track progress, define potential challenges & come up with
an action plan;
● Training and coaching the team;
● Contributing to reaching the team target;
● Reporting team progress to the Regional Sales Director.
