We're on the lookout for a German speaking Regional Sales Director for the DACH Region who will join our rapidly growing office based in Berlin! The Challenge
As the Regional Sales Director you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our German sales team in Berlin. As an integral part of our sales leadership team, you will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable and successful sales-team.

While leading by example - actively approaching potential customers and owning your own sales funnel - you will:

  • Forecast, report on and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams;

  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;

  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;

  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

Your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales teams;
  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles;
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English;
  • Experienced in using & optimising CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software;
  • High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter;
  • Additional nice-to-have experience includes experience in the SME sector, manufacturing space and hardware sales. #LI - JEANNINE
